Brains & Beauty and DJ Extraordinaire
 Lisa's love of music and all things weddings drove her to start her own mobile disc-jockey company, hello DJ! in June 2005. Her experience working in different record stores and as a singer and actress have provided her with a wide variety of knowledge on different types of music. As a professional voice actress Lisa has lent her voice to various commercials and cartoons. You can catch Lisa voicing the role of ‘Dana’ on Teletoon’s ‘Wayside’ cartoon – Saturdays @ 8 AM & 4 PM. Lisa's high-level of energy, enthusiasm, and training in theatre & performance arts is a bonus at any event, providing her with confidence in any MC Services you may require!
Lisa recently graduated from The University of Toronto, with an Honours BA in Political Science and Cinema Studies. But she considers her specialty to be dessert. Lisa is also a self-professed pop culture junkie and loves to stay on top of the latest trends, music and movies. She credits all her entrepreneurial spirit to her years spent reading The Baby-Sitters Club and all those Super Specials in-between. Could those girls run a business! She considers herself a mix of Claudia and Stacey, which is much more sophisticated then those Sweet Valley High girls…
DJs do get married! Lisa finally tied the knot to hello DJ! partner, Paul St. Onge in August
2007! A 10-Course Chinese Banquet blowout was held at Dynasty Chinese Cuisine in Toronto for 225 guests. Lisa couldn't help but jumping behind the DJ booth in her wedding dress and veil to do a little DJ-ing herself!

Favourite Movies: Amelie, Love Avtually, Bridget Jones’ Diary, Garden State, School of Rock, The Devil Wears Prada, V for Vendetta, Pride & Prejudice, Hairspray, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Lost in Translation, Contact, French Kiss, Reality Bites, Empire Records, Clueless.
On the YMCA: hmmmm…definitely overplayed. I promise not to put the YMCA on REPEAT and leave!
Favourite TV Shows: Scrubs, Veronica Mars, Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Gilmore Girls (so quick & snappy), Laguna Beach (very addictive!), The Hills (Lisa has also appeared on The Hills Aftershow on MTV to provide her educated opinion!). ANY type of reality show with a make-over involved….I love the REVEAL! My TV also turns on to the Food Network! Yum!
Loves To Travel: Backpacked across Europe for five weeks during a burning hot summer. Speedos are mandatory in French water parks! Ask Lisa to see photos of an unhappy Paul in his Speedo that cost him 10 whole euros! Favourite places include Munich , Berlin , London , Salzburg , Rome , Los Angeles , New York City, Cancun.
Scooter Issues: Accidently took a 50km/h scooter onto a major highway in Nice. Those darn French autoroute signs were just too hard to decipher! Drove on the shoulder until a bunch of French police officers laughed at us and pointed us towards the next exit.
